The construction hoist was also used in this renovation for the entire renovation process.

During the demolition work in the interior, construction waste was initially removed with it, followed by various rehabilitation works, concreting, work on the facade, installation work and finishing work in the interior.

At least as much as transporting materials, the construction hoist also served as transportation for employees to and from work areas.

The wide applicability of such a hoist has been shown, as it really supports the entire process of building renovation, even on such an extensive example as the Tomos tower block.

Load capacity

Choosing a construction hoist with a load capacity of 2,000 kg makes the most sense due to the scale of the renovation.

This hoist also offers an exceptional ratio between price and quality, as it offers the highest load capacity among lifts on one column, which reduces the cost of installation, height adjustment and maintenance itself.

Implementation and adjustments

Before the installation, we first advised the client, then we carried out the installation of the hoist by anchoring it to the building, and during its use, we also maintained the hoist during the entire project.

We installed call buttons on the door of the floor for the customer, enabling him to use them very easily and safely, since the construction hoist is called up by pressing a button, just as we know it from elevators in buildings.
