Description of the facility
The construction was divided into two phases. First, 2/3 of the garage building, and in the second part, the remaining 1/3 of the garage building and the entire expansion of the Supernova shopping center.

Our solution

Joint planning

We held several meetings and coordination with the management of the construction site to really make the best use of the cranes on the construction site, where we were limited by the space around the building itself, as well as by the possibility of access for dismantling the cranes after the building is built.

A lot of time was devoted to planning and coordination with the construction process, and much more time was thus saved during implementation.

Large area

The area of ​​the building occupies more than 30,000 m2. In this case, it is necessary to pay attention to the appropriate utilization of all cranes placed, as it may happen that the placement of the cranes is such that one of the cranes, especially on such large construction sites, is overloaded. As a result, congestion may occur in one of the areas of the facility.

Involvement in the project

We worked with the client:

  • Planning, placement of cranes on the construction site
  • Assembly and reassembly plan and adaptation of these only to the project’s timeline
  • Service and maintenance of cranes
